Safe Food Preparation and Cooking Skills – Prepare to enter the workforce and enhance your food safety practices and cooking techniques. This program is for those looking to deepen their skills and become prepared to perform in a professional kitchen. 

Retail Food Innovation Hub – Unleash your entrepreneurial spirit! In this program, participants will learn how to legally create and market culturally inspired food products for the retail market. Students will learn everything from recipe development to creating a food safety program while gaining customer feedback in real-time. 

Restaurant Pop-Up Incubator Lab – Put your concepts and skills to the test in a real-world environment. This hands-on experience allows students to run a temporary restaurant, emphasizing, efficiency, teamwork and operational management. This program offers participants the opportunity to feel the excitement of serving the community in a low-risk environment while receiving free training and advising.
