Clatsop Community College: ESL Classes, GED in Spanish, and Literacy Program

Our local college, Clatsop Community College (CCC), has programs and classes available for our Latino community!

 

Do you need help learning or bettering your English? There are classes available in both Astoria and Seaside CCC locations:

ASTORIA 1651 Lexington Avenue, Columbia Hall, room 114

Thursday (beginners & advanced): 6:00-9:00 pm

Tuesday (intermediate & advanced): 6:00- 9:00 pm

SEASIDE 1455 N. Roosevelt, room 1

Wednesday & Thursday: 6:00-9:00 pm

*You must take an exam to be able to register for these classes.


Do you want to earn you General Education Diploma (GED)? There are classes available in both English and Spanish languages. *Spanish GED classes are only available in Astoria.

Monday & Wednesday: 6:00-8:00

Wednesday- Wednesdays is an open lab for GED, ESL, math and computers. The teacher speaks Spanish. Call Allison for more information: 503-338-2347

Do you live in Cannon Beach and need help with math, writing, and/or reading skills?

Literacy Program: When available, volunteers work with people who want to learn English or improve their reading, writing or math skills.

CANNON BEACH:

Tuesdays in Cannon Beach Library, by The Mariner Market: 6:00-8:00 pm

Wednesdays in Elk Creek Apartments: 6:00-8:00 pm
